Thank you for booking a Flexo Party! To help everything run smoothly, please ensure the following.
Before the party
- Please have a clear indoor or outdoor space available for activities.
- Ensure a responsible adult aged 18 or over remains on-site for the entire party.
- Advise us of any allergies, medical conditions or special requirements before the event.
- We recommend guests arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Party details
- Duration: 2 hours.
- Suitable for ages 7–11 years.
- One private booking for 1–10 children.
- We come to your home or chosen venue within our service area.
- Each child builds their own Flexo creation to take home.
What we provide
- A party host.
- Activities based on your chosen theme.
- Equipment and activity materials.
- Setup and pack-down of party activities.
What the booking adult provides
- The venue and supervision by a responsible adult who remains present throughout.
- Food, drinks, birthday cake and tableware.
- Any specific decorations you would like.
Party price and attendance
The price is a fixed fee for a private party of up to 10 children. The same price applies if fewer than 10 children attend. No-shows or absences due to illness do not reduce the booking price. A maximum of 10 children can participate.
Safety
- Children are expected to follow the party host’s instructions.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for children who require one-on-one support.
- Flexo Parties reserves the right to stop an activity if safety becomes a concern.
Outdoor parties
If weather affects an outdoor party, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
Changes to your booking
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.
